These terms cover text messages (SMS) from Labrador Partners LLC ("Labrador Partners," "we," "us").
- What we text: conversations about property you've asked us about, including questions, offers, and closing updates, and coordination with title companies, agents, surveyors, and our staff on transactions they're part of. We don't send promotional broadcasts.
- How you opt in: you text or call our number first, or agree on a call to continue by text. We don't text purchased or rented phone lists.
- Message frequency varies with the conversation.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- To stop: reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any text. We'll confirm, and you won't get more texts from that number unless you reply START.
- For help: reply HELP, or contact us using the details below.
- Wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We handle your phone number and messages as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
